We process orders Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received on weekdays after 3pm ET, on weekends or holidays, will begin processing the next business day. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing (Monday - Friday).
All orders ship via Canada Post or USPS. Once your item is shipped, we will email you with a tracking number. Currently we only ship within Canada & the USA.
Your order will be charged in U.S. Dollars (USD). Please note that your issuing bank may charge a small fee to convert currency if you are not using a U.S. credit card. You accept any additional charges incurred by currency conversion and your bank/credit card. We are not responsible for any duties incurred during the shipping process.
